I would give Brooke 5 stars. She works well with individual clients.

However, 2 stars is a push when it comes to releasing a tax return into the account from the other department.

So far, I've waited 6 weeks and despite being told I'd receive an email to explain the progress of same, I didn't.

Supposedly the reason my tax return was held up was due to an ATO error but now I'm not so sure.

Disappointing given the $200 I paid.

I have been seeing Dean for almost 10 years now. The bloke is a wizard! My wife and I are always very happy here.
All of the staff are amazing and so friendly too!
Google needs to give the option to give a business 6 out of 5 starts.

Dean is an absolute wizard!
Dean went through my previous 2 tax claims and found several items missed or entered incorrectly.
Turning a negative $2000 claim into a $1500 gain just from reviewing my previous claims!
Full of knowledge and does everything by the book!
I don’t know where he hides his wand but he sure is magic.

Probably ok for individual accounting. I found i got given false information regarding company structure as well as being charged lawyer money for that ($200 for 30mins).

If you are seeking advice on setting up a company. Keep looking, a good accountant wont charge for advice they will include it all as part of helping establish the company.

The staff on the phone are so friendly and helpful. I saw Sharon for my tax return for my small business, rental property and personal income. She certainly knows her stuff and gave me some pointers and tips for a better return next year! Definitely recommend!

Dean was great with my first and most recent tax return. As it was my first time, I was a little unorganised but Dean was brilliant finding all the information I needed and making the most out of my return.
