Terrible post office. Completely unprofessional. The new staff a lazy and deceitful. After repeatedly not receiving my deliveries I was forced to contact the postal ombudsman. The staff at Wellington then lied and said I have a dangerous animal in the yard which I do not. They then said they will not make deliveries for the rest of my life. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve lived at the same address for 35 years & never once had a single problem until the new staff took over.
My advice is, if you have the option to use a different postal service then use the alternative as Wellington post office is an unprofessional joke now unfortunately

Sent a package to a friend. The postie supposedly delivered it but it was not there. The photo they took didn't show anything. No package and nothing my friends could recognise so it's likely at a completely different location. The photo was also so blurry, it looked like he took the photo while moving the camera at a fast pace. Logged an enquiry, it better come BEFORE the weekend

Best Post Office in NSW. Sue and the team went ABOVE AND BEYOND when forwarding our mail after we sold our home in Wellington and relocated to the south coast. Cannot thank them enough. Indebted for your extra service - miss you all & the great community.

Ihad express post coming of important medicine for my cancer from Batburst it is hard for me to access the post office as I am weak so handicapped. I got to the post office at 4.58 and they closed the door as I went up to it, I knocked on the door immediately but to no avail, sadly staff ignored me. Staff would have or should have seen the express post was marked "medicine" so should have been expecting me or realised it was important after all what is a few minutes? but staff have ensured I won't get my express post until Monday. I'm very disappointed . Also the meds which cost over $200.00 may need to be refrigerated, now I'm without important medicine over the weekend

I had purchased an item and paid to have it posted to an address in Wellington with a statement to say, if not at home ,
LEAVE AT FRONT DOOR. So what did they do...... Took it back to the post office.
