Mía charged my father $1,200 to file documents regarding child custody. Not a single document she prepared were accepted in court due to lack of licensure and incorrect forms and wording. She refused to refund my father’s money, and refused to remedy the documents. My father is a disabled veteran and was seeking to make sure my little sister who is 7 years old would be taken care of should he pass from a condition which gives him an unknown life expectancy. She then threatened to obtain a restraining order because he messaged her asking for his money back. I doubt she would even know how to properly file a restraining order and apparently does not know that someone being dissatisfied with her services is certainly not grounds for one. She does not know what she is doing and doesn’t even have the decency to ask an associate or someone who can properly do the paperwork do it over, or refund the money.
