Michelle was such a big help to us during the process of buying property. She went above and beyond to make sure we understood what was ahead of us, including lengthy phone calls to answer all our questions and explain the options available to us.
As first home buyers, Michelle's knowledge and experience was invaluable. She was always considerate and patient, and helped guide us through the deposit, cooling off and settlement phases. She also championed our requests when dealing with agents and our bank.
