Absolutely the worst. Run like a fast food restaurant. I’ve given this place a number of visits over the years and it just gets worse. You’d be lucky to get a doctor that has any genuine interest in your ailment. I went in with a chest infection and got zero obs done on me. Had a swab test and was handed the swab and ushered out the door with zero instruction. The doctors I’ve encountered there the last few times have been inpatient and hard to communicate with. I got the feeling I could’ve asked for any prescription and received it just to keep the fast food chain going. I don’t do reviews. But my experience was so bad I had to.

Went with a fractured foot and very obviously couldn't walk, paid $80 to have a dr send me for an xray then tell me I'm on a 2 week wait for a fracture clinic at the hospital. should have told me immediately to go immediately to ED at the hospital so i could at least get crutches. Drs and reception have no clue of what they're doing

How is this even a medical facility? I drove half hr for an appointment made over the phone almost 4 ½ hors prior to be told my appointment had been moved to another day, no phone call to stop me wasting an hour of time an fuel, and now to late in the afternoon to make an appointment with another clinic. When i questioned why i couldnt be notified about my appointment before wasting my time her answer was "thats not my job" then the way she spoke to me as if im purposely ruining her day by being sick or injured. Doesnt make you feel like your welcome or going to be looked after.

I do not recommend Dr. Gayani Rambadagalla, she doesn’t say anything much and just quickly charged me $70 for 10mins consultation even though I have private cover. She seems to have decided since the beginning on what meds to prescribe me and just wants to quickly rush it out. I was usually charged less than that with other GP in the same centre. It’s a rip off.

I used to have a good experience with top end medical stuart park. Dr Tapiwa is one we would visit when my toddler was feeling unwell ( which was every couple of weeks). More recently my toddler was unwell and we had brought him to see Dr Tapiwa and he made comments about the number of times we had already visited. Mind you my toddler had fevers for four consecutive days and was in a worst shape. Dr Tapiwa ruled it out as a viral infection amd sent us home without any further advice. On the next day my son complained about the glands under his throat so we took him to a different clinic. The Dr gave him a full check and noticed his ears was red and his glands were swollen and prescribed my toddler with antibiotics. Almost immediately after talking the antibiotics my toddler started to feel better. Parents should have the freedom to have their kids checked without being shamed for the number of times they go to the clinic.

Receptionists are HORRIBLE. I received a text saying that my appointment needs to be rescheduled and to call them immediately. So I gave them a call and the receptionist answers without even saying hello! She just goes “I can’t help you, system is down, call back later” and then hangs up on me! The other times I’ve been there, the receptionists have been extremely rude as well. One of them refused to process my medicare rebate because ‘she was busy’ and told me to get in touch with medicare and do it myself! Only reason I still go here is because nowhere else in Darwin is taking new patients at the moment.

I was sick for my second day, called the dr for a telephone appointment because I had a huge fever and chills stomach cramps and headache and couldn't drive.

The dr spoke to me for 1 minute 27 seconds.

In that time they said just wait it out and that's it.

$77.00 for nothing.

I don't recommend these charlatans at all.

Got charged 70 dollars for a 5 minute consultation. When asked to get my results they gave me every excuse for why I couldn’t get them and tried multiple times to talk me into other ways to get them by paying additional money.
