What stood out to me with Joe throughout the past six months is that he has been very diligent. Despite me not really looking for a new role, Joe had was keen to check in with me to see how I was getting on.

Joe took on board specifically what I was looking for in terms of work type, firm size and work-life balance before presenting me with what appears to be the right role for me now. It was also apparent that the role was presented to me before the role fully was sent out into the market
