Especially considering the type of industry (legal) you work at, I’m speechlessly jaw-dropped with the generosity of your support. So extremely rare that I strongly believe to be almost extinct nationwide. Someone using her time to support anyone in a debilitated position for FREE, it’s more than commendable, it’s a role model, not to mention the trust that gets originated from it.

Complete lack of punctuality. Wasted 2 months of our time. No help at all. Booked in a consultation, which they forgot about and then re-booked me for WEEKS later, then forgot about that one too, and when we called to ask why we havent recieved a call they just took our details and hung up.

Melanie and Phoebe were both so easy to deal with. Melanie really gave sound advice in regards to employment queries and explained everything thoroughly and transparently in our initial phone contact. All fees were laid out beforehand and nothing was too much trouble for her to answer.
