However, the amicability declined unexpectedly with my ex, who then engaged a fancy boutique law firm with aggressive and hostile lawyers. I was initially unsure how Jess would handle such unwarranted hostility, but she proved to be an absolute champion, overcoming every hurdle with grace and strength.

Jess and the team are assertive in their own calm, gentle way, which is exactly what you need to reach a resolution, especially if your case progresses to court. Their approach is strong and firm, while also being calm, kind, and methodical, providing me with a strong sense of confidence and peace during a very challenging time in my life.
