The lawyer at Gilmore lawyers, David, was an absolute joke for my dv case. After bailing me out of the watch house on a breach, I thought this guy might be alright, but no. Straight on the prosecutor side with her claims. Not wanting to hear my side of my story. Not interested in trying to find my daughter. Just straight up your guilty. Refused to hear me out. Because I spoke out loud after several attempts to tell him the correct amswer falling on deaf ears then told me he felt threatened for hes life .lol

Had to go to court for a violent DVO breech and was looking at a term of imprisonment; during an already difficult situation.
I was represented by Cade Banditt, who was exceptionally good at his job.
Throughout the whole court proceedings, he was well-spoken, professional and confident.

He promised to return calls and to ring me once he'd got permission to give me the information and I know he was given that permission but after a week no call so I rang him and left a message to call me but after 2 almost 3 weeks he still has not replied.
I would not suggest him to someone for that reason. Shows how much he respects his clients and there family hey but guess it's only legal aid so maybe if we were fattening his wallet he might of called back hey.

I love this defence Lawyer he saved my husband in the corner!!
My husband was Daniel Sidney Vincent Morgan he died at aged 22 yrs old! 2006! David treated my husband like a brother, David Gilmore is like no other! If I could I give him all the stars, but he would say it's ok ta!! Love you David for what you did for my Daniel! I just hope when I see you soon I don't send you to the moon!! David Gilmore is absolutely awesome
I was looking at up to 9months in prison for DUI it's my third offence and blew 0.346
I got a 15 month suspension and no fine
He adjourned the case multiple times to prepare a perfect defence would definitely recommend
