I have generously given 1 star as I don't think zero stars is an option. Their price is on the cheaper side of what is around and so is their service and professionalism. They sent half of the funds from a sale into the wrong account and also sent private confidential information to a wrong email address. They have a 'we don't care' attitude. If you want amateur hour and stress during what can already be a stressful process then use these guys. If you want professionalism then I suggest you pay a little bit extra and go elsewhere.

If I could give no stars I would. The whole experience was absolutely terrible. There was no communication at all. It took multiple phone calls to even get a response to an email. We went days with emails not being responded too. Chelsea and Maddison clearly don’t communicate with each other because repeat emails were sent. Neither of them could respond in a timely manner either. The contract stated for certain things to not be left at the property and when we made contact stating they were left there we were told tough luck and move on. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy and have started the process to take this company to the Legal Services Commission. Absolutely appalled with how we were treated and the outcome of our settlement.
Too add multiple requests were made by us and half of them were not followed through.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
My parents sold and I bought using Ownit and would not recommend for either.
They have 0 communication skills. Everything they attempted to do they did incorrectly. The most unsupportive and useless company to deal with. Sitting on hold listening to how supportive they are is a joke. To be told by a manager that they will be training staff around their communication issues the following week. It did not work…nothing changed over the next couple of weeks. They don’t listen to complaints or action them. Requested not to deal with a certain receptionist who screwed everything up, to having to constantly deal with her and her issues!
Not only did they not read emails and action those requests they would email back asking for the information that was in the email they were replying to.
They did not show up for settlement and were not organised even though the banks and sellers solicitor were sitting waiting, Ownit failed to show, delaying settlement and costing sellers more interest.
To top it all off they can’t even lodge land title documents correctly as a different property ended up in the wrong name.
Cannot give a zero rating.
