Underwhelming to say the very least. Did not stick to any advised timelines (there was ample lead time) the contract was appalling, missing basic information provided and needed to be rewritten, getting in contact to follow up unactioned items isn't an option and invoicing wasn't actioned, so we had to chase.

Natalie was the only person to actually speak to me over the phone it was a breath of fresh air but after we met she did nothing but waste time telling me about her son trip overseas while Charging me per minute after waiting a week for her to simply foward a email from one lawyer to me I called them no email to be found I call again and again and again they cant find the new email then finally they get a simple email tell me Thursday morning she will send it to me today is Friday I call to want to know simply what’s happening she tells me Tuesday after wasting 2 weeks of my time I have left being charged for time talking about her dog and son she did nothing but fumble forget get me confused with someone else

Didn’t take the care to look at files, saying things were sent away when they hadn’t. Then when we asked to check got apologies that it would be done but then didn’t send away once checked again. Just a complete waste of time and money.
