I gave a three because I am being fair. I wouldn't use this firm. I've had involvement with them in the past. Brendan wasn't ready, was unprepared and missed times that had been appointed. I think he is a good lawyer but. Left lots of messages last week and no reply. It's like they are not even there.

Absolutely heartless and use no morals to do business. No I am not annoyed that they represented a client that took action against me what I am annoyed at is they knew full well that there client owed me money yet they pursued me for money from signing a deed of surrender whilst under duress.
Yes this solicitor knew full well that the moral obligation of his advice was to tell his client to leave it be as in fact his client owed me money .
He even left court after he succeeded and said “ you lost you lost “ like a baby .
Not only that he invited me around to his place “to have it out”, Very ethical behaviour NOT.
I even offered to settle before court but they kept going even offered to pay on a payment plan. As my heart condition was not coping yet they continued.
Never associate with them as they truly are heartless and manipulate the law even though they know morally what they are doing is wrong.

Disgusting and Heartless. Questionable tactics of serving documents where staff lie. Destroyed my family, my health, my life. I still struggle to value life everyday because of these mongrels. Zero ethics but yes use them to get your money but think about your morals as they drive people to suicide. Even my teenage son has said he doesnt want to live anymore. Hope you all feel good about yourselves. When you live and do business in WA, Celtic Legal and Atlas People (the client) have offices in WA, these people will use Queensland Law rather than use WA Law. Shutting down hard working families business has left me and my family crushed and broken. Shame on you

They are highly unorganised and unprofessional. They don't reply to emails and if you call them with even the simplest question they tell you they'll "get back to you later this afternoon". They never actually get back and make you chase up everything. Don't even bother with them. They just waste your time and are honestly bordering on completely incompetent in my opinion.
