After a longer process than advised, and the unfortunate situation of my case passing through several different lawyers in the process, I was then taken into the hands of the Shine Lawyers office at Maroochydore. I was confident with my case being handled by Rebecca Thomas (Special Counsel) and she was very compassionate, understanding and respectful of my situation and she and Athena Bouteris (Paralegal / Administration Assistant) have accomplished more in the short time that they had my case and I have successfully settled my claim today with an outcome which I believe is a very good outcome.

I honestly wouldn't Evan give them 1 star if I had the option. I went and made an enquiry with shine lawyers awhile ago after I was referred to them in hopes Ide get the help I deserve. (Considering they just won a case just like mine) Instead I was treated with being ignored, long wait times before I finally called them back myself only to get told they wouldn't give me any reason other then the case was too 'difficult' so they handed me down and just forgot about me. Poor communication, no care in the world. What a joke.
