I would like to thank Hugh Powell from Travis Schultz Solicitors. I read the reviews about Hugh before I engaged his services, and they were glowing but the service I received from him exceeded my expectations. Hugh helped me through a very difficult period in my life after sustaining a work injury. From my very first meeting with Hugh, he treated me with dignity and respect. He was always courteous and professional while being compassionate of my limitations. He is unique and such an asset to his firm. There are not enough words to express my appreciation for what Hugh has done for my wife and I, it has changed my life.
He provided me with his expert opinion, which was correct and always kept me informed and updated throughout the whole process. When I had questions or concerns, he addressed them immediately. He was always sensitive and responsive, nothing was too much trouble.
I would highly recommend Hugh to anyone who needs help like I did. He just made the difficult journey so much easier.
I would also like to mention how helpful and friendly all the staff were. Little things like a cup of tea or coffee, just the way you like it means a lot.

A massive appreciation to Hugh Powell for a great outcome in response to my CTP claim. I was apprehensive to go through the the process which takes time and can feel intrusive at times with the personal information needed for the claim.
