DO NOT CONSIDER USING THIS LEGAL FIRM!

If I could make one recommendation when considering a firm to manage your conveyancing matters, it would be to keep looking and avoid this firm at all costs!!

A fundamental requirement for any legal firm is to know what their settlement dates are. The Principal at Crown Legal Services, Michelle Ammala, managed to get mine wrong (despite being pursued by both myself and the vendors solicitors to make settlement) and failed to complete my property purchase within the required time frame. As a consequence I lost both the property I was looking to purchase and my deposit which was retained by the builder meaning I am out of pocket a considerable amount of money!

The pursuit of recovering these costs is ongoing. It is time consuming, expensive and terribly stressful battling with insurance companies and lawyers and I would not wish anyone to go through the same experience.

There are many high class lawyers and converyancers in the Gold Coast so my strong recommendation is to scroll past this company and seek out another that you can be sure will get the basics right!

Wow, Hats off to Crown Legal service Pty Ltd. I received excellent Customer service, very professional and reasonable price. Before I dealt with crow legal service, I approached four other legal companies, but Michelle Ammala took her time to understand my needs and explain step by step to achieve the complete process. I am a first-time investment buyer, which gives me less stress through Crown legal service to achieve my goal.
