Out of the blue, QBCC approached us, claiming that we were selling a NCBP, making very vague references to building codes and national construction codes and threatening large fines. Due to the very vague nature of their accusations and the complexity of the documentation around the NCC and the QBCC act, it was basically impossible for us to get our head around it. David Grant got his teeth into it and sorted the case out in our Favour, promptly.
