Imran is such a good conveyancer. He has all the good characters you need for a good conveyancer. He is a warm, organized and patient people. The most important difference between him and other conveyancers I’ve even contact with is he will WRITE DOWN all you need to know and his advice base on the contract. Some conveyancers only want to tell you their advice by phone or in person. In that situation, you have to take notes while talking with them just in case you forget some important advice. English is my second language; I really need something written accurately by a conveyancer that I can read and I can read again when I need to. Imran also reply email quickly. I needed some information in the contract of a property which I purchased 3 years ago. I wrote an email to Imran and did not expect he will reply me soon for it was almost 6pm. Imran replied me in just 10 mins and solve my problem. I really glad I found Imran 3 years ago to help me with the purchasing and I will definitely contact him first if I need help with any legal issues in future.
