I have been using Bickell and Mackenzie personally for many years. Always been amazing, great service and price. But I wanted to specifically write this review to highlight the expertise and effort of Nicole Cameron, who went above any beyond for my father when acting on his behalf . She used her professional skills and ingenuity to help solve what I believed was an impossible situation. Can not fault any interactions when purchasing our first home and using Bickell & Mackenzie. Nicole was able to answer all our questions, as being first home buyers there were loads! Very smooth and easy process, from emails and telephone communications, to completing required forms online, to our settlement process. The whole process can be overwhelming, however Nicole eased and talked us through the whole process! Would highly recommend Nicole.C from Bickell & Mackenzie!!

We've used Bickell and Mackenzie now for our last 3 properties purchases and sales and I will always continue to use them. Nicole Cameron has been outstanding and Roz and the rest of the team are just brilliant! They are all very prompt to answer calls, quick to get back to you with updates, provide answers and help you understand the dynamics and intricacies of a sale or purchase.  Nicole is prompt, concise and very clear and has navigated us through several tricky little situations with clarity and purpose. What I love is how responsive they are.  Selling/buying a home can be emotionally intense and have intense moments leading up to settlement, but Nicole and the team are there for you promptly at every step, and the team never leave you hanging for days (or even hours) without answers.  In our 3 sales/purchases, Nicole and the team have been faultless, and this experience has highlighted where other conveyancers have fallen down in the process (that is, the conveyancer for the other party has made mistakes that Nicole and the team picked up on), so I'm glad they've been on our side!! I can think of no better way to describe her attention to details other than 'the Best of the Best'. Whilst most of our business together has been within the realms of real estate, I will also never forget the empathy she extended to me when I needed her for a bereavement situation. These "people" sent the proceeds of the sale of our house in Redland Bay to someone else's account and then tried to cover it up. We only found out when that person kindly rang us to advise us that they had received $880,000.00 in to their account and that they were making efforts to sort it out themselves.
Five phone calls were made to Bickell McKenzie's Nicole, who had made this mistake, and each one was cut off. No apology given, intact this Nicole was very rude and angry on the phone when we eventually got to speak to her. They cost us a great deal of money as we were trying to sort all of our finances out during a trip to the UK. Our bank accounts were frozen. Bickell McKenzie told us to "pop in to the office and they would do free wills for us." A bit costly and ignorant an offer since we were now in the UK.
Overall, a disgraceful service offered with no concerns for the customer whose money they had lost. We only discovered what had happened when another party contacted us. What could have happened if they had not noticed or had ran off with our money?
