I would never recommend this practice. We took an appointment for iron infusion for my daughter. Got late by 20 mins, I understand that's our fault but rather than giving us next appointment. They said, Doctor will not do it at all, you need to find another doctor and there's no concrete reason for it.
If they didn't want to do it, they could have told us in advance and we could have took another appointment of different doctor.

I have been coming to Jacobs Well Medical Practice for 10 years. Don’t let the negative reviews fool you, I work in customer service, I know, but the receptionists are wonderful and constantly busy, but always willing to accomodate. Excellent patient care by the doctors, nurse and reception. I visit monthly for a medical condition and will travel regardless of where I live.

After being with this clinic for 11 years. I have never been treated so poorly by the new EN nurse when she is on reception. I got my time mixed up (by 1/2 hr) for my son with disabilities to be turned away. No phone call or anything. I already wait 3 weeks to see our regular doctor and that’s fine but when you have mental health issues and chronic issues a little leeway and empathy should be shown. I love my doctor but will now look for another one. Absolutely appalling

Not willing to accommodate at all...very rude and disrespectful. Was spoken to by receptionist when in need and was told to be more organised with scripts even though the doctor had made the error. She was not going to help me see anyone and spoke condescendingly with a smug look on her face. She should not be allowed to be at front desk. Would never recommend this practice

The Maori looking lady at the counter has ZERO people skills, and if she was one of my staff, she would lose her job. She was extremely rude when I visited yesterday. Wake up whoever runs this clinic! A rude receptionist could lead to a patient not bothering seeing a doctor, which could lead to the difference between life and death, so you need to ensure your employees at the front counter do all they can to make patients feel welcome.

Jacobs well medical is the best! The admin ladies deal with a lot and still have a smile on their face when you walk in, Pam will try her best to help you if she can!!! The doctors there are pretty awesome too. So caring and I’ve always had a good laugh with them when leaving! I take both my children to this clinic! My kids adore the doctors and staff their! Thank you again for all that you do for my family!!! ❤️❤️

Worst experience. Booked a Telehealth through Hotdoc for 9.45am for a referral to radiology that shut at 12.30.

Called practice 10.15 to be told doctor was running behind. Called again at 11am now waiting over an hour with my phone in hand to be told I didn't have an appointment...

Confirmed I had called earlier and that I have confirmation of appointment, advised doctor would call me shortly and received the exact same confirmation email for an appointment at 11.45, 2 hours after booked appointment. Drove to Radiologist to receive call and referral before hopefully walking in before closing time. Got a phone call from reception at 11.45 to be told I actually can't have a telehealth appointment and there's nothing that could be done.

Completely unprofessional and is going to cost me missing out on work. Could have been told straight away and gone to an overloaded walk-in clinic to be seen in half the time.
