DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I went there with my wife to help her for a child custody issue when a lady came into their office and demanded someone there talk to her as no one returns her email/calls/txt. I was hesitant from then on and thought that could just be a one off. NO, I was wrong they did the exact same thing to my wife, and this went on for over 18 months. Eventual they sent a letter to the other party that was completely wrong, and my wife ended up re typing the letter they just forward it on. When we did speak to someone it was her sister Kerry Simpson who decided to come up with all the unprofessional excesses and threaten us with legal action if we didn't pay their bill when we decided enough is enough. The stress this Company has caused my wife is similar to that of a Domestic Violence relationship. They are not there to support you they are there to take your money. All the reviews on Google about how terrible this company is 100% true stay away unless you like to waste your money, time and build up your stress levels.

Kathleen Simpson is an absolute disgrace, a shambolic bilk! Stay away! For your own good stay away from her. She’s a liar when she claims to be “with you every step of the way.” Outright LIES! Her aggressive thug attitude is, “and what are ya gunna do about it?” She took my money & didn’t read or view any of the material. Went on a holiday to Thailand with my money & boasted about it later. She aggressively rebuked me & threatened to discontinue & disconnect when I got extremely upset with her total lack of concern as the trial date got closer knowing well she had already spent my $7000 she demanded upfront & knowing I wouldn’t be able to get it back & knowing I didn’t have much time left to find another lawyer. She treated me exactly the same way narcissistic perpetrators of DOMESTIC VIOLENCE treat their victims. She gaslit me intimidated me threatened me. She turned up on the day of the trial & had to ask for all the footage so she could watch it all while the Mag waited in the court room as she hadn’t looked at anything, not a single item to do with the case, nothing! The prosecutor kept coming back to ask how much longer she needed, getting more anxious & frustrated each time! Simpson even said we were pissing the Mag off due to her delaying the start. So she had absolutely no idea whatsoever of how she was going to defend my case. Not a fing clue. It was the most horrific event of my entire life to be treated with such incredibly profound disrespect & utterly disgusting disregard for me & left me seriously suicidally depressed. She couldn’t have cared less. She’s devoid of humanity. Her kind are akin to carrion feeders. She’s pure evil rotten to the core!

Definitely not with me every step of the way. Went off on tangents, ignored explicit instructions of what I wanted, ignored my emails for months, sent incorrect information to my ex (making me look like a fool), wasted over a year fumbling around. I finally pulled my case and then I get a bill.. WHAT!! I thought I would get some of my money held in trust back as there was no updates on balance held in trust or updates of time spent on my case and with the little information I received I would not have thought much time had been spent on me at all. I just wish that they had of disclosed to me in the beginning that they simply did not have the time to take my case - then I would have gone somewhere else now I can’t afford that and I still have nothing sorted.. the whole situation is so very heartbreaking..

Kathleen Simpson and her firm are fraudulent. The awards are a branding strategy and I paid $3500 to this firm and didn’t even have an initial consult! They did nothing for two months, not even inspect material from vital agencies and left me two weeks out from a federal court hearing with overdue material. Kathleen had the women working there make all the promises in the world and them did NOTHING! She was too busy going to dinners! I have only met a handful of lawyers as corrupt as Kathleen Simpson.
