The ladies on Friday mornings are efficient, and even have a sense of humour. I will try the Medadvisor app. Then I can order before I go to town, and pick up my stuff on the walk through to Woolies. It would help if the app had a way to give an indication of when I expect to pick up. Be easier for the staff. In the meantime I will put in my order the night before the morning I go shopping. A dark mode option for the app would be good.

Shopped here recently, was meet with polite staff YET I was followed around the store the whole time! I would like to add I had a staff stand beside me watching me while I looked at the cosmetics. She never left my side!! So I was followed by numerous staff than once I brought my items I was stopped at the exit and asked to show ALL my bags in the trolley. I'm not overly upset about showing the bags BUT felt like the staff discriminated against me because of my race!! Disgusting behaviour by staff honestly. Numerous people coming and going and not stopped at the door. And asked to open their bags.

I have been dosing here for over a year now and I have never been a problem and I pay for it upfront most of the time. I have been in hospital and I needed to pay for it tomorrow but I just felt like I was not going to be able to do it ever again or I won't be able to get my dose I have to have it. This really hurt me and I am feeling like I have to change chemist.
I have been at my new chemist and I am saving over $20 a fortnight now and I am also allowed to collect the store points. I was told by the store manager at Priceline that I was not allowed to collect the points. I highly do not recommend this chemist to anyone who is on this program to use this store!! Updated 1 week after original post.
