I’m a veteran who was referred to Sarah. Initial discussions sounded so positive. Upon transferring significant money, Sarah has refused to all attempts of communication by both myself, others she was/is working with and in general, has gone dark. Attempts to refund money has been met with silence. Sadly, there’s more than a few veterans currently, all of us having the same issue. I don’t know what has happened, but it’s left my matter in ruins, and people are in harms way because of the inaction and silence. I’m not sure, but this feels like a scam asking vulnerable people for money, only to give them the silent treatment upon paying. Appropriate authorities are investigating but that doesn’t help us vulnerable veterans left at very short notice, with no representation and loss of money.

I called Duty First Legal Service numerous times and left messages. I also attempted to contact them numerous more time through their website. Regardless of the method of attempted contact, there has not been any call or reply or even a acknowledgement from them regardless of my method of attempted contact. I’m not sure if this service still exists. There are very few reviews and if this was an active service, I think it would have many more.

Duty First Legal went above and beyond in their level of professionalism and care in my matter. I had a great experience with Mr. Campion and his team who were always on hand to answer questions and were extremely fast with responses.
