Check In/Out was a breeze, One Bedroom Apartment facilities were great! Air Con worked a treat, and in this neck of the woods is required! Pool was lovely, and the adjoining BBQ area just perfect for a family catch up. Friendly Staff who really know what they are doing! Will be back!

This is a brand new facility that is incredibly well presented and very comfortable. The modern décor and facilities were first class. Fully self contained including kitchen and laundry facilities. The motel is easy walking distance to the local shopping centre with café, supermarket and bakery as well as chemists and other facilities.||A great place to stay.

I found the Oaks Middlemount a clean and well presented motel. I stayed one night in a one bedroom unit, no problems with the unit, check in was easy even after-hours, however did have trouble trying to contact someone at reception during business hours as the phone kept ringing out after being on hold for a long time. There are a couple of restaurants close by an the supermarket is across the road. Good spot to stay when in Middlemount for work.

Well maintained and clean apartments. Within walking distance to shops Staff are friendly, attentive and really do their best to ensure your stay is pleasant. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Stayed here for a week coz my husband works in the mine and he take us with him the stay is great and comfortable the apartments are surely amazing clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay it’s very homely even if we’re in the middle of no where..it’s close to shops which is very convenient..it’s furnished so everything when it comes to basic home needs is provided..they also have pools which is good for the hot climate ..

Found this place on a recent work trip and booked it for familiarity. It is an Oaks property so you know what you are getting. It is relatively new, and it's access is large sliding doors facing the court yard. No TV in the bed room. Very clean and superbly maintained. This is mining country, so there isn't much here. There is an IGA with a limited range in town, so you wont starve, and there is a subway and local restaurant which will deliver if needed (it is actually across the carpark , and right next door respectively). staff are very hands on and great helps. Beware the alarm that will go off at 7:30pm EVERY WEDNESDAY night - it scared the beejeezus out of me, and the next day was told its a regular occurrence.
