I was knocked of my pushbike on 8th Sept 2020. My R wrist was broken, left fingers dislocated and my left medial collateral ligament in my knee was completely torn. I found Evie Lindstrom and Emily though Bicycle Queensland. My husband had died less than 2 months earlier and life suddenly became even difficult. Evie and Emily just took over with the insurance company, firstly with the claim for my bike, helmet and ruined clothes etc. They handled it all and I finally felt someone was on my side.

They also helped withy the CTP claim. Apart from the friendly help, they were able to get me more payout than I would ever have been able to do. Thanks Evie and Emily, my amazing helpers . I could not have managed with out you.
