Andrew personally, is too busy and struggles to meet timeframes he has committed to. He is always on the phone and you constantly play phone tag with him. All of which add to the costs at the end of the day. This firm is more expensive than most, and after getting a quote from another firm of almost half decided to cancel his services.
I am sure the conveyancing side of things which appears to be handled by other staff would move more quickly.
