Shane is an absolute legend and a true asset to the Redlynch Community. Shane attended our property in the Valley for a valuation. He was super friendly and very professional. His knowledge of the market and area was amazing. Could not recommend Shane and CPO Redlynch enough. Not only does Shane and CPO Redlynch deal with rentals and sales but they also put a lot effort and funding into community events such as the Tunnel of Terror and the Redlynch Markets. I rented with Cairns Property Office for just over 2 years and never had one drama. They were polite, easy to get in contact with and always followed up with requests. I dealt with Debra & Sam, both were very nice and super prompt in replies. I ended my rental contract early as I purchased a property, however they made this transition easy and were flexible with my constant changing dates of moving out.
