We all need a Gary in our lives. Not only is he a great lawyer, but he is a great person. He will pour his entire soul into helping with whatever case he is dealt. Gary helped me resolve a messy case that I couldn't see the end of and could affect my visa application at the time. He came to court with me and literally saved the day. I would highly recommend Pro 21Visa Legal to anyone.
I was under so much stress due to being pressured into signing a contract without my special condition clause (for my security).
I had been searching for a lawyer as my problem was time sensitive that would help me since the signing the contract with no luck cause they were either to expensive or didn't have the time.
By sheer luck I had a phone call from another company in the same industry who told me about Pro 21 Visa Legal and said he might be able to help me.
When I contacted Gary, he quickly arranged to came to see me at my home the next day and listened to what had happen to me. He quickly set about drafting up a letter to all parties in regards of the contract with proof how the company disregards my wishes and pressured me into finish signing the contract, and sent it that night. Within 5 days he had managed to get the contract terminated with the other side without a lengthy legal battle in court.
Can never thank him enough for all his hard work and help.

100/100 would recommend, mum was coerced into signing a contract. contacted Gary Tan on a Sunday he was quick to get back to us and make a time to sit down and listen to us on what was going on and offer solutions in an easy to understand way, he also helped step by step through the whole process.
