If I could give zero stars I would. I had read the reviews, been warned by multiple people to NOT go to service nsw CORRIMAL for the driving test. My daughter decided to go there anyway. She is super competent, great manual driver with over 120 hours and multiple driving lessons etc.
My daughter nailed everything and he failed her because she crept over the line at a red arrow around the corner from the testing centre. A route we’ve taken many many times. Is he joking?!! When I questioned it he said “it’s basically running a red light”. Um, excuse me sir, no it’s not! He also picked her up on “riding the clutch” which I’m pretty sure 1. Is inaccurate 2. Is not relevant to whether or not you’ll be a safe driver and 3. Her friends have literally stalled (something which should be tested on and it does effect other drivers) and they’ve still passed with other testers!
What an absolute dick head. I have no words. Service nsw do better.
Go somewhere else if you’re going for your ps.

If I had seen the reviews earlier, I wouldn't have chosen to take the test here, so I hope this helps you too. It's true that I always scored around 108 points and then failed on trivial things, such as turning on the indicator before doing a head check. Just asking a professional would reveal how unreasonable this reason is. At least two examiners were available, with one just waiting at the door for others to come in. But when I asked if I could speak to other examiners, I was refused. Nobody cared about what was right or wrong, repeatedly interrupting me to say I didn't meet the standards, ask me to find a driving school and study more. We were helpless and my friend had to say 'listen to her', and we were told 'Leave here Byebye.' In fact, the driving school instructor also said it was unreasonable for her to say that. I had already studied these details with my friend. Why force me to find a driving school instructor? If I hadn't studied and knew nothing, I wouldn't just fail on this one item. The lady may feel she's righteous and on the right side, but in fact, we're the ones who did nothing wrong. And when I argued about the result, the examiner rudely wrote 'refused to sign' on the test result where I should sign, then made me stand alone at the counter. Later, I wanted someone to restate the reasons I failed and record for confirmation by a third-party organization, but they said 'refuse to sign' is the reason you failed. I feel like I'm being mocked. No wonder they confidently say we can report or go to court; they probably know I have no evidence. But now I understand that facts are facts. I no longer need them to admit they were wrong. When they treated me like this and kicked us out, I was already dead and they have forever missed the opportunity for truth and apology. Those who think they are righteous are actually perpetrators. I hope they are all kind, because then this sense of guilt will accompany them for the rest of their lives. Regardless, the seeds of karma will be sown.

Great service from all staff. Walked in with a blue slip and little idea of the next step, walked out with a green slip, rego & new plates. Special shout to the concierges who know their stuff.

If you choose here to do your driving test here and get Luke as your examiner - good Luck!!!! He will try to fail you for anything! Like he reckoned I went on the wrong side of the road twice which is total rubbish! If you want to pass your driving test, go elsewhere!

TRUST ME. don’t book your Ps test here if you are reading these reviews and thinking surely it isn’t that bad IT IS complete waste of money you will be destined to fail if you get Luke as your examiner weird looking bloke with big gold earrings guy is on a mission to fail/meet a quota of failing people each day making things up to fail you and don’t bother contesting it with the manager because if luke said it happened it happened.

Consider it as "Zero Star". My driving test experiences at this center were disappointing. Despite its reputation, decisions felt rigid and arbitrary. Consistent scores of 108-111 resulted in failure for seemingly trivial reasons like going 45 in a 60 zone. Instructors lacked friendliness and added to stress. I'd recommend considering alternative test centers for a more reasonable and supportive environment.

Terrible place to get your license. Waste of time and money. If you get a person called Luke as your driving instructor good luck, blokes a complete knob jockey and will not give you any chance of passing or advice/feedback.
