Extremely happy with the service, very professional team that made me feel welcome! The treatment they provided me worked wonderfully and I have no hesitations in recommending them to my family and friends! It's also great that they are preferred providers for Medibank which meant that their fees are very reasonable considering the quality of the treatment!

I rang for an emergency appointment and spoke to Han on the phone she was so understanding and helpful despite my many breakdowns during my call due to my fear of dentists.
I saw Dr Ly he is so calming and sweet. I didn't feel rushed or like "just another patient" he took his time to make sure I was okay every step of the way.
I cannot thank them enough for making me feel as comfortable and less anxious as they could.

Couldn't recommend any higher. After multiple visits to many different dental services regarding my daughter's thumb sucking we finally discovered some options and the Balaklava Dental and Implant Centre. My daughter had a thumb sucking reminder guard implanted and 8 months later after almost 10 years she no longer sucks her thumb. We couldn't be happier. Friendly staff and budget friendly

It's a pitty there is only five stars available. I had a full upper denture made by the team at Balaklava Dental and Implant. And more grateful I couldn't be. So at 45 I was told I would need dentures. I originally went to a different dentist and ended up with bad fitting dentures that had a negative impact on everything from eating and drinking to my confidence. The team at Balaklava dental and implant made me a new denture from scratch that I couldn't be happier with. I thank you all for your hard work attention to detail and most of all for your understanding of how important this was to me to get right.
