I first contacted McLean and Santoro Lawyers having no idea about the process and direction I should be undertaking with a complex case regarding Return to Work and an injury I sustained. The complexity was I have an underlying condition which was aggravated due to an injury I suffered while at work! My partner and I met with Mr Hugh McLean who informed us that I had a case and he would be willing to take it on. Hugh from then on was inspirational in gathering my medical evidence, organizing medical examinations and being very supportive to me during times of frustration and offering information to help alleviate my concerns. He was instrumental in winning the case. Hugh is still pursuing some further claims to do with my injury, however, I won 2 years worth of wages that were owed by the employer.
