A few years ago I was injured pretty seriously in what seemed to be a minor accident. The insurance company didn't believe me despite all of the evidence so I engaged Kye Bruce and the team at CBD law and I have to say, I hate to think what would have happened without them. It was the best decision I've ever made.
During the claims process Kye and his assistant Mia had my back every step of the way, they believed me when the insurance company didn't and they made sure that the care I received was top notch and exactly what I needed. They never let the insurance company bully me or push me around, and if they did try Kye was on the phone straight away.

I had the bad fortune to be involved in a car accident that was not my fault. The at fault driver’s insurance company claimed my injury was “minor” and refused to cover medical costs. I had the good fortune of having Kye Bruce act on my behalf. Kye is caring and professional. He fought the insurance company for my rights and ensured they met their obligations. I had unfortunate mistake of trusting CBD Law ‘Giles Finney’ for last 2.5yeats until 1917 with wasted time and effort.
After this stressful event, we eventually had to lay charges against him and his Barrister and take them to Office of Legal Service Commissioner of Australia to have our money released from them.
I highly recommend you don’t trust CBD Law’s Giles Finney or his Barrister Rohan DeMeyrick. Our charges against them still stand and have not been dropped.
I also notice one gold star review on this site is written by Reid Finney who is Giles son and who works for the company. Typical of their trickery .
Beware of this company.
