Do not use them. We experienced the same poor service as Greg Hunt lack of clarity at the start. Virtually no communication for months until our executor emailed a complaint 7 months after trying to resolve issues. They finally finalised 12 months after the passing of our mother. Their invoice was $4,000 more than their initial back of the envelope quote mainly due to their incompetence.

my name is kym and i thought i would give a review about my experience with Treloar&Treloar.My own case involved an issue with S.A.C.A.T.At first i reached out to another law firm,but unfortunately they were at full capacity.So they then,with some help referred me over to Treloar&Treloar.My own case was indeed a very important case,and i did not know much about this particular firm.So i went to this firm,for the first time and i met my Solicitor Harrison.Now the time has finally arrived and my own case with S.A.C.A.T. has successfully been completed.Because i did receive a very positive outcome,as a final result.Now i look back and i have to see,how did i get here?The reasons on how i reached a very successful conclusion for my case,was the background of support.That support came from harrison.He had all of the retrospective,directive and most important, informative approach towards myself.He was always there,whenever i needed to contact him.Also the reception team were there,also as backup support.When i would be waiting to go into harrison's office,i could See! I could see how the reception team was helping the other client's.When now i look back at my own success,and i now move forward with my own life.If and when the time arrives and i will be in the need of a good,strong and profound Law Firm.Then obviously i will be returning back to the ABOVE HENCEFORTH.Because not only do Treloar&Treloar provide the very best of Solicitors,They are what is the most important part of any Law Firm.And that is the best of a good Team! My patient battling with a terminal illness, met with Christopher Parker today to make a will. Chris was the most revolting person I have ever met. He asked the patient questions such as, "do you know why you want a will, do you know what an executor is, etc" *(questions a reasonable person without a law background could ever answer, what more someone with an illness). When the patient was not sure of these questions, he turned him away. This patient travelled an hour away to see this practice which was recommended by the cancer council pro-bono service. This patient also volunteered to come into the city when he was having mobility issues. The way he was rejected without any explanation to me (his carer) was absolutely disgusting. As a carer, I have never experienced a more horrible and cruel experience. I hope the other partners of the firm reads this & is aware what an awful experience someone with a limited life & their family have experienced

DESPITE the staff being professional in their approach to me, they made a BIG MISTAKE. Because of a 'conflict of interest' that was their mistake - their NEGLIGENCE, they were not able to help me any further. So they HAD NO RIGHT TO ASK ME TO PAY $5000 which I did not! There was no retainer in any event. In fact, they HAD A REAL NERVE TO ASK ME! No shame. You'll note they respond to posts but wont reply to this! Beware!

I signed a witness will for a friend who looked after his dying father and this so called lawyer took the side of my friends vindictive sister and now my friend is homeless. What a shonky system.
