I sold my first property recently. Helen Forrest was excellent as my conveyancer. The history she uncovered about the unit was extraordinary. I was not provided this information when I purchased the property 30 years ago. Nor did an owner who sold another unit in the group 2 years ago receive the information Helen Forrest was able to provide. Helen was thorough, efficient and pleasant to deal with.
