Just got my first dose of Pfizer in this clinic today. The staff were nice and friendly, answering my questions clearly and patiently. Would get another dose couple weeks ahead. I hope every thing would run smoothly as well.

Abysmal service. Never answers phone calls, no way of alerting once in carpark, not advised what to do via app once arrived. Swabs taken Saturday morning but not sent to Clinpath until 48 hours later on Monday, clinpath advised this is typical of this clinic and now we have to wait another 24hrs for results. So be prepared to wait if swabs taken on weekends, unlike every other drive through service.
*Update* they didn't end up sending to clinpath, but sent to SA Pathology Monday evening. SA Pathology said they even listed the collection date as Monday, not Saturday. Still no results as of Tuesday afternoon. Still stuck in iso with a child who's meant to be back at school.

I hadn't received my covid result after a week and I was told it would be 48 hours so I rang to enquire and the lady on the phone was very rude, first telling me I need to speak to my GP as they would have the results. I hadn't even given them my GP's contact details. I was then told I would need to contact Clinpath as they would have the results. I had no idea which of the many Clinpath places to contact or what their number was so I asked for the number. The rude lady on phone said she didn't know and I would have to "look it up". Really? Your company works directly with that company but you don't know their number? She then accused me of being rude to her and hung up the phone on me. Absolutely appalling service.

Clarification over the phone about the parking arrangements/procedures would be helpful and mentioning that the Respiratory Clinic is signed as the COVID 19 Testing Clinic.
Both nurses and doctor were fantastic. I found the gentleman directing patients in the carpark rude and sarcastic.

The check in system for the covid vaccination leaves a lot to be desired. Social distancing not possible as chairs right next to each other. Check in QR code located on wall behind seats in waiting area so needed to just about touch people to check in. Waiting area in full sun, many like myself, in stage 1b, are on medication that makes us sensitive to sun and advised to stay out of it. Only 2 out of 10 seats were in the shade.
One officious female staff member was on check in, there needs to be more to get people through quicker. Please put someone on the door who actually likes people.
Post vaccination waiting area, no signage, staff member located in back corner with her head down, didn't notice me come in or others after me. Had to ask everyone their details at least twice, not interested in her job either.
Glad to have had the jab but not impressed by the process at this facility.

Had to be tested today and all staff I dealt with were friendly, empathetic and professional. Made me feel very relaxed throughout the appointment.
