You need to improve your staffs manners. The lady there was rude. Can't remember her name. Started with an M I think. If you don't like dealing with people then change jobs you silly goose. It doesn't cost anything to be nice to people.

I only come here if they take one of my parcels there for pickup instead of leaving them at my house. IME they are often closed at times they are listed as being open. Really frustrating as they have short hours anyway and then multiple times I’ve gone when they are listed as being open to find they’ve decided to close for some reason.
If only AP would take my parcels to a more reliable PO I would never step foot inside this place.

Went to pick up a parcel at 5:00 thinking you shut at 5:30 and was greeted by an extremely rude staff member who yelled at me to get out and closed the door on me

This Post Office is located in the Old Reynella Shopping Centre within the Newsagency and I have been using this Post Office since moving into the area many years ago .
The staff Dale , Sharon and Daryl are friendly , helpful and welcoming always with a smile and good service and product knowledge.

Not open during hours listed as open.
Note on door stating they are closed due to p/hol's but we went on a Saturday when they should have been open (& according to their open times)
