I have to say, Mr Gibbs provides best notary service so far. His attitude and professionalism deserve rating 5+. And much more reasonably price compare to the others has to be addressed, he didn’t spend money on great office and spare hands but save for customers. I’ll definitely go back to him if I need documents notary , authentication and apostille.
