Pros: Greeting clients with polite manner and being respectful
Cons: Lack of core competency especially in dealing with real estate purchase. Talk too much but never get to the point. Clients get over changed.

We have to stop working with Tegan and get help from another notary public who turned things around in only one day with only 75% of her price.

Lessons learned: not everyone in the market is professional and competitive. Do your research before working with him/her.

Tegan is trying to give legal advice when all I have asked her to do is notorize a document. From my understanding, notarizing a document only requires the individual signing to have capacity and then the notary signs the document confirming that fact.

Incredibly overcharged. Nice lady, but absurdly expensive. I was the 4th person in my family to have some documents notarized but the first to use Tegan. Tegan charged me $640 while none of the other members of my family paid over $60 for the same services. Over 10 times the cost of other notaries! Do not use this notary! When confronted about it she said that is just how much it costs. It took her a 1/2 hr to complete. She should be ashamed.
