I had last-minute documents which needed to be notarized, apostilled and sent overseas as soon as possible.
Eugenia promptly organized an appointment for me and I found her to have an extremely professional and very friendly manner. She sorted my documents, notarized them, and secured an appointment at DFAT (Dept of Foreign Affairs & Trade) to attain the Apostille stamps. The next
morning Peter was hand delivering my documents to DFAT, and he knew exactly who to direct them to. My apostille certifications were secured in record time, and they were on their way overseas 2 days later.
What an amazing professional team and I can’t recommend them more highly.

I wish I could give a negative rating.
I recently had the misfortune if having to communicate with Eugenia and to call her Rude is a gross understatement. Unprofessional, Yes !, Disrespectful, Yes !
This was not a matter of “things not going my way” however a simple matter of her true self coming through.
In addition to this I have read a few reviews and comments about her affordable billing and those comments are laughable. Upon a further investigation of her billing practices (I was investigating on behalf another family member) I found that she had charged what I estimate around three hundred percent above the industry standard.

It really goes against my beliefs to be critical of a small business as I believe that we should support small businesses. I felt I had to write this to make others aware that they may have their day ruined by a moody individual without any reason. So, take notice should you engage.
There are many small businesses that can do exactly the same job and I have not found another that matches the disgraceful behavior outlined above. I am glad I have walked away from this moody outrageously high priced nightmare.
Finally: if you would like to know why the legal profession has such a bad name then look no further.
