Very busy, very popular tavern at Cape Woolamai in the Philip Island, had lunch here with my cousin and her hubby and was rocking from the moment we arrived.
My Prawn Aglio E Olio was spectacular, and just the right level of chilli spiciness. My fiancee's fish and chips were perfect, too. Prices were not to bad either. Service was spot on. Very impressed with our lunch experience.

Good local pub serving pub grub. Casual dining experience. Nothing fancy about this place. Lots of different food specials each night of the week. Service is friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking available.

Very unimpressed I took a photo of my chicken schnitzel chips and mini gravy or lack of gravy. I put a bottle cap next to the pathetic size gravy you served us for comparison about 20ml of watery gravy is a disgrace. We even had to ask for knives and forks and there was no salt and pepper. I don't understand how you can do such an amazing job in your Tarwin Lower pub and yes they have a huge gravy and you can get mushroom gravy in the boat style bowl. Please be like your Tarwin pub

Thank you for saving our night! After having been disappointed by another restaurant day of our wedding we tried our luck with this restaurant and Maca was unbelievably accommodating! She is an absolute amazing help fit us in last minute I can not thank her enough for the time she had for us!
Anytime we are in the area we will be coming back!

Food was amazing and just had a beautiful night thank you again!!

I came here with my little one and fam while on vacation, and their service was top notch. We initially sat outside but changed seats a few times because my kid was too cold and parents had differing opinions on where to sit but the staff were very accommodating and helped us all the way. Being a minority race I didn't feel any difference in treatment. We had the Creamy Linguine pasta, and Salmon , mashed potatoes, sourdough bread and everything tasted amazing. Ambience inside and outside was lovely to me

We went to the Tavern for my dad’s birthday. I asked the waitress (Tia) to organise a birthday surprise for him. It was so awesome of her to do especially since this is the busiest time of the year. The food was great and we all enjoyed it. Thankyou

Awesome staff, awesome vibes. We had a large group looking for food and drinks after completing the Cape Woolamai Hike, and Tom was amazing in getting us all in and set up. Great customer service from the whole team. We will definitely be back when we visit the area again.
