I have never written a google review but this company actually made me sit down and write one, that's how terrible they are. If you are smart enough to read the reviews (which I was not), you are already curious as to how these people can be even qualified to work. Very poor knowledge of handling applications and processes. They have no idea about processes, after my partners visa was rejected I was handed over to the main person who runs this sorry excuse of a company. After that I had to call every day for 3 weeks, to which I was ignored, told lies, was told to come to the office (an hours drive) for useless things and again told lies that it would be done tomorrow and so on. SPEND A $100 MORE AND SAVE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Big talk no action. Went to this guy in 2014 for my TRA. He took the case with big promises. He started of giving wrong estimate about the tribunal date. Not only that but he refused to get any paper work ready on the basis of that "wrong estimate" which led to only a week to prepare for the all the documents. At the end he asked me to walk in the tribunal hearing with absolute no documents, make a fake story to tell the Member of Tribunal and hope for the best. If it was for him I would have lost that case in first 10 minutes of the hearing as he was a no show and wouldn't answer my phone calls on the day. I was lucky enough to get the extension and change my lawyer.
PS: paid him full fees and never got a refund

The worst lawyer ever ,probably has some mental issues. Doesn't know how to talk to ladies especially. I will not recommend him to anyone. Left the case in the middle as we didn't want him to handle our case.
