Having dealt with many law firms / lawyers over approximately two decades I found this firm, especially it's Principal David Littlejohn, to be one of the most unprofessional, dishonourable and incompetant. David's poor leadership was reflected in his teams appalling service, including but not limited to many broken assurances, that directly contributed to the theft of various property belonging to many others and other serious detriment. Having previously dealt with David many years prior to his acquisition and subsequent expansion of this firm I don't recognise the man I used to know and respect. Although his former clients intended to report his form and it's agents misconduct to the legal services board and commissioner initially, we decided not to invest our time and energy on this and instead focus on more productive and fruitful endeavours. In hindsight, David's unconscionable decision to abandon his clients the day before a hearing in the Supreme Court of Victoria, one which could have been avoided had his firm's agents acted on their assurances, was a blessing in disguise as without any legal representation we managed to achieve that which David and his associates failed to accomplish due their repeated failures to act on clear instructions. The firm and it's agents did not receive any payment, with just cause. Hopefully they too benefited by way of learning some valuable lessons from the experience.
