Morrow and McKenzie Conveyancing do not look after their clients. Instead, they conduct their business as a double standard. For example, if there is something to follow up or change in a contract, they will bully the party with less power in the contract to make the deal go through as quickly and with as little hassle to their company as possible. They are reasonably priced compared to other companies, but you get what you pay for is very accurate in this case.

I had used this company for a section 32 and they were great but when it came to the sale of the property they were terrible. I could not contact anyine past 2.30 and on the day of settlement at midday they informed us we needed to come up with an extra $6600 for the sale to go through. Lack of communication, lack of accountability.
