Today I had my first appointment with the Osteopath Sharelle. I was very happy with being able to park out the back and utilise the free parking. The foyer was very warm & inviting and Sharelle was on time. My needs were complicated and Sharelle was fantastic at listening to all of my concerns and fully explained what her plans were for me. During the hands-on side of the session Sharelle explained every manoeuvre and communicated with me at all times, to help gain a better understanding of what level of comfort/discomfort that I was experiencing. I was given homework to help improve my mobility and even took home some free bath salts ? I would recommend this service and can't wait to visit again soon ?

I saw Sharelle after experiencing months of back and neck pain. Sharelle was kind, friendly and explained everything she was doing so nothing in the appointment was intimidating. The clinic is clean, smells beautiful and has great parking. It was a dream to visit. And I’ve left Symetri a new woman. After only one session, I feel immeasurably better and I look forward to continuing my care at Symetri.

Absolutely love coming here. From the moment I walk in I’m always greeted with smiling faces. The clinic has such a warm atmosphere. There is also plenty of parking out the back.
The practitioners are amazing! They’re always very thorough and explains things well.
I struggle with back pain and with a combination of massage and stretching they’ve helped me so much. Always walking out feeling refreshed. I highly recommend them.
