I've visited Highton Post Office 3 times in the past 3 weeks and each time was assisted by tremendously helpful and friendly staff. Not only are they efficient at problem solving & attending to customer needs, each is pro-active in giving extra tips and information for future postal needs. Brilliant service!! And you leave with your faith restored in Australian bureaucracy and humanity.

This AusPost office is cosy which means it's small and friendly. I love the Porter Ave branch however I do not always go there and coming here is comparable and agreeable indeed.

The staff were very welcoming and explained how I can use a mypost business account, they also assisted me in getting supplies for packing, they were very happy! Will definitely use this LPO from now on

Friendly , very knowledgeable & helpful staff - helped me teenage son with paperwork they knew exactly what to do - always so efficient with my parcels & things I want to post , paying my mums bills & banking - better than the back they are awesome - Thanks staff !

I went to Aus Post Highton to check if I have a delivery. The tracking system won’t tell me where it is. I asked the lady while handing my license over. And her answer was, “How would I know?” I seldom encounter rude people here in Aus But this lady made it to the top of my list. Then, she handed me over my parcel and said in a tone far from great customer service that my address doesn’t have a unit number. I told her that we don’t have a unit number and she dismissed me by entertaining the next customer instead if apologising for the convenience it caused me to track the parcel down because of their incompetency and laziness to check whether my address exists or not. If there’s a negative rate I’ll give them what they deserve.

Wanted to post parcels and pay some bills and closed on Saturdays. No local Highton or Belmont Post offices open on Saturday mornings. People who work full time still require postal services. This post office is fequently closed on Saturdays. My advice to the current owners is, if you cant offer reliable services to the public on all days, dont take up the franchise from Australia Post. Australia Post as the owner must investigate the frequencey that this office closes on Saturdays and place them on notice or rescind their franchise.
