I recently purchased a property ( Armstrong creek) through Ray White Highton, and unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. During the initial viewing, both Tom and Mollie verbally assured us that a projector and screen would be included with the property. This verbal commitment played a significant role in our decision to proceed.

However, during the final inspection, we were informed by a new property manager ( Jason & Adam )that the projector and screen were not part of the signed agreement. We also noticed that, at no point, was this clarification reflected in the property advertisement, which continued to mention that the rumpus room was equipped with a projector. This constitutes false advertising, and we feel misled by the information provided both verbally and in writing.

Unfortunately, we didn’t catch this discrepancy in the documentation earlier as we had relied on the verbal assurances provided by Ray white Highton team. This lack of communication and clarity has left us feeling frustrated and misinformed.

Additionally, the property’s cleanliness upon arrival was not up to standard. We had expected it to be in good condition, but it was not as clean as anticipated.

Overall, our experience with Ray White Highton has been unsatisfactory, particularly regarding communication, misleading advertising, and the condition of the property. , I would urge future buyers to be extremely diligent and ensure that any verbal promises or representations are clearly documented in writing before proceeding. It’s crucial that all terms be reflected in the contract to avoid misunderstandings or misinformation.
