Matthew and Annette were very helpful in whole conveyancing process for our property purchase. As we were a first home buyer I didn't know anything about the purchasing process and they provided professional and great services.

Matthew is amazing! I have done my 2 purchases with him in the last 4 years and I asked a million of questions, he was patient, very fast in response and very thorough that by now I know how to read a contract cover to cover, and he was so willing to negotiate with the vendor for us on the small detail. Without him I wouldnt have the confidence to attend the auction!
Margaret is such a nice lady to work with too, Settlement went very smooth! The fee is also very reasonable, and the experience at every stage is very satisfying. Highly recommend

I used Kydon Segal Lawyers purchasing my first ever property. They were fantastic from the beginning to end. George was great reading contracts and telling me what I needed to know when I was looking. When I found the place I wanted to buy, Elenore was fantastic in getting it done. I have heard situations where there were issues at settlement. I had none whatsoever. It was a smooth process and was informed every step of the way. Would definitely recommend them!
