I love this place, I went to a proper bike shop and they couldn’t fix my spot light after spent so many hours and get charged for it.
Alex, Adam and the owners taking really serious any job and they care about the customers.
Paul and Maxine are special people for the town, we are so lucky in Lorne to have such a good people. Thank you so much

Great service at very reasonable prices. Ran into a pothole and punctured my tire, they managed to help me replace it and I was still able to complete some of my road trip. Receptionist was lovely and friendly, even offered to pick us up from our hotel back to the shop to collect our car.

The mechanics are supportive and willing to help. Paul and Alex are the best humans can be, knowledgeable, genuine and willing to help. I would have given them a 5 was is not for the grumpy receptionist when I called them to check when they would get back to me. They came and towed my car, fixed it and even delivered it to me. To top it, their prices are fair. Thank u Paul and Alex.

The lady in the office has absolutely abysmal customer service. We were treated like vermin, on two occasions - over the phone and in person, for simply wanting to pick up our vehicle which was towed there after a car ran in to us. We paid the fee for the tow and had a positive experience with the tow truck driver, both when he towed the vehicle and when we picked it up. It had only been there for 1.5 days, and that was because we live 3 hours away and needed to get our trailer from home to be able to pick it up. We had not been difficult in any way, and I simply do not understand why this behaviour on her part was warranted. On arrival she complained that we had given her no notice that we were coming, even though she was told this the day before, and then yelled this out to the other employees as though it was ludicrous that we would want our car back. She proceeded to treat us as though we were making her life impossible.
She obsessively questioned why we would "even want to" pick up the car, which belonged to us and still contained our possessions. It certainly came across like she was attempting to manipulate us in to leaving it there, whilst they charged us the daily rate for keeping it (the daily storage rate would be completely valid in normal situations, of course), in the hopes that they would get to keep it and sell it off as scrap metal.
I am truly bewildered and disgusted by the way she treated us.
Awful customer service, and I would not recommend this place to anyone if you can avoid it - simply because of how impossible this woman is to deal with.

I’m sure the owners are lovely, but they have a very poor taste in employees. The receptionist has to be one of the most sour, rude and inconsiderate witches I’ve ever come across. In a job where customer service should be her priority, she treats you like a piece of dirt. If you can avoid going here then do at all costs. It’s not often I feel so passionate about a business to write a review, but I had to say something. Please get a new receptionist. It’s ruining your business.

Fantastic service. Our car got a flat and Adam and the team fixed our tyre on the spot. Wonderful to find such great service still exists.
