Had a trip to hospital after dislocating my finger. Service was amazing and a fantastic doctor. In and out in 20minutes. Finger fixed.

Most of the time the service is excellent. You can find the off day, but when you get there, they are generally very helpful and do their best to help. Not great on the phone , but in person have found the staff very helpful, particularly in Urgent care. Have not found a perfect Hospital yet.... have you?

Mixed experiences at this hospital.
On one occasion i had a dressing changed. Very speedy an efficient, no problem.
On May 30th at about 10pm i phoned the hospital for advice regarding my wife who was unable to move and in extreme pain. I explained the situation to a young lady and asked if she could help me, I then heard another person shout a loud "NO". The other person then came on the phone and was very abrupt and unhelpful.
I then drove my wife to Traralgon as i did not want her to be treated by such a rude person.
No need for this attitude from a so called health professional.

I wouldn't want my time going there no doctors some of the staff just don't care about the patients. So glad I was able to go to Foster
