I was dealing with the principal solicitor Nicholas, and he’s is absolutely fantastic!!! He helped me to prove the other party’s ulterior motives and abuse of the legal system, and I could not be happier with the successful outcome. I believe to better serve people in the community. Office receptionists need to be empathic and trained in Mental health and i. Trauma informed care. I was treated as a number and not a community member. Unacceptable! After a lot of back and forth I finally got some useful guidance with a phone number to yet another service. No wonder so many people are emotionally sick in Western Australia- no interdependent mature cooperative mentality in the community.

Appaling. Cant get past the entitled receptionist who has no concept of legal issues or what they might mean and blocke access to those service to those desperately desperately in need . Terrible.
