Scheduling the appointment? A breeze. Customer service? Not so much. I called to reschedule from a Saturday to a weekday and, to their credit, they accommodated a same-day change. Great start! I also asked to book an appointment for my mom, but was told she could just tag along with me. Simple enough, right?

Fast forward to the appointment: I asked for a refund for a price difference between a weekend appointment and weekday appointment—nope, denied. Okay, fine. But then they charged me extra for an envelope for my fingerprints. Seriously? And when it came to my mom, suddenly there’s an extra fee because she’s now considered a walk-in. Really? The cherry on top of an already underwhelming experience. Next time, I’ll be looking elsewhere.

Horrible Service! Don't use!
They screwed up our paperwork and tried to blame us for it! Then told us to pay $200 to rerun our prints again!
I have zero respect for companies that refuse to take responsibility for their action!! Go to Print Scan near The Mail Room. We were in and out in 3 minutes. Got our FBI report in 5 hours. Print Scan was very professional!

We live in Spain, and required an apostilled marriage certificate and pension verification letter sent to us asap as part of the renewal of our residential visa. Because speed was of the essence, this required a trip to Olympia to pick up one of the documents and for everything to be hand carried to the WA SoS office to be apostilled. How fortunate we were selecting Jacqueline and her team at Bellevue Fingerprinting Service for this. Very responsive, very diligent, very on top of everything from beginning to end. Especially in view of everything else we were juggling at the time . . . what a find and what a relief.

Fast and efficient weekly service. It's a bit more expensive for Saturday's appointments. They don't budget when an appointment is required.

I am frustrated by the service. My appointment was at 12:45pm. I was outside of the glass door and no sign and no instruction. The cancellation email was also sent right at 12:45pm, saying no show and no call. I didn’t know I need to call and I didn’t know that is stated in the email. When I realized and gave a call at 12:50pm and left a message. No one picked up the phone. I thought he was busy with other clients. Some security guys later opened the door for me and I sit there and found all workers (4 people) left already for the entire afternoon. I was charged for the fee. So disappointed by the weekend service. (1), it will be great you put a sign or instruction at the door, or at the appointment page. (2), call me or text me, if you can’t find me. I feel you are rush to send the cancellation email right at the appointment time. (3) have someone in the office for the entire open hours. That is what open hour means When I entered and sit there, all employees are gone.

Update to respond to you on 5/7: that is a lie from you. Your staff didn’t wait for for 5 mins. The cancellation was sent out only 3 mins after the appointment. I have the email record. That is even more frustrating.

I'm notoriously hard to fingerprint for some reason and I've had them done enough times to dread the process. Paid $40 for the ink prints I'd been told to get and dreaded the appointment. Staff were friendly. I was in and out in under 10 minutes with a perfect set of ink prints. Bellevue Fingerprinting has my business now forever.

Also, contrary to what the building directory says when you walk in, they are indeed on the 1st floor (December 2023), suite 115.

Fast and efficient. I had to wait less than three minutes. My entire appointment took about 10 minutes. Easy parking in a suburban office building, located on the third floor, turn left after getting off the elevators.
